As New Nordics AI Week (NNAIW) unfolds from September 2 to 6, 2024, we're extending an open invitation to organizations, ecosystem builders, and universities throughout the Baltic and Nordic regions to host community events.

What are Community Events?

Community Events are your chance to shine and engage with the AI network and the Nordic and Baltic tech community during NNAIW. Get creative – workshops, intimate fireside chats, tech demos, investor socials – if it excites the AI community, we want to hear about it! We prioritize events that are focused on AI, ML, and the startup/investor community and provide value to the ecosystem.

  1. Engage with the community: Connect with AI enthusiasts, potential partners, and talent in a focused setting. Our dedicated networking app ensures that the relationships you forge during the event can be maintained and strengthened long after NNAIW concludes.

  3. Exclusive access: As an event host, you'll receive 2 complimentary invites to the invite-only AI Forum, providing you with even more opportunities to expand your network and engage with AI leaders and decision-makers.

How It Works

  1. There's no cost to apply or participate, but hosts are responsible for all event aspects, including planning, logistics, execution, and expenses.
  2. We'll promote your Community Event to NNAIW attendees and the wider New Nordics tech community.
  3. Your event will be featured on the NNAIW website and promoted through various channels. To help attendees discover the full range of events happening during the week, we encourage you to include a link to the NNAIW website or display NNAIW logo on your event page, benefiting both your event and the broader NNAIW community.
  4. As a token of appreciation, event hosts will receive 2 complimentary invites to the exclusive AI/ML Forum, taking place on September 2, 2024, in Tallinn.
